Martien Sleutjes (IHLIA) en Julian Isenia (The Black Queer Archives) openen de House of Hiv-kamers van IHLIA en The Black Queer Archives met een rondleiding.

Zij vertellen je over de geschiedenis van hiv binnen queer gemeenschappen aan de hand van de archiefstukken in de tentoonstelling. 

> House of Hiv belicht de vele initiatieven vanuit de hiv-community’s van de afgelopen veertig jaar. Op verschillende locaties staan kamers waarin verhalen uit de geschiedenis van veertig jaar hiv en aids in Nederland te zien zijn.

De tentoonstelling is een initiatief van Hello Gorgeous, Mainline, Trans United, Black Queer Archives, Prostitutie Informatie Centrum, IHLIA en de Hiv Vereniging. Zeven community-organisaties die mensen en groepen vertegenwoordigen die disproportioneel door hiv zijn getroffen.

They tell you about the history of HIV within queer communities based on the archival documents in the exhibition.

> House of Hiv highlights the many initiatives from the HIV communities over the past forty years. At various locations there are rooms in which stories from the history of forty years of HIV and AIDS in the Netherlands can be seen.

The exhibition is an initiative of Hello Gorgeous, Mainline, Trans United, Black Queer Archives, Prostitutie Informatie Centrum, IHLIA and the Hiv Vereniging. Seven community organizations representing people and groups disproportionately affected by HIV.
