IHLIA will begin working with a new collection management system beginning in mid-October that will also be linked to our website. This transition will also affect our customers and services.
Therefore, we have listed all the information regarding this change for you:
Do you have an IHLIA account? Please pay attention
An email has now been sent to everyone who has an IHLIA account. In case you missed it, please pay attention.
The switch to a new collection management system also means that we will have a new account system that will allow you to continue to save your searches and view (part of) our online collection even after the switch.
Unfortunately it is not possible to transfer your data automatically. Therefore, on October 21 your current IHLIA account will be discontinued. We then ask everyone who wishes to do so to create a new account in our new system.
What should you do now?
Basically, you don’t have to do anything now. During the week of October 21, when we will have switched to the new collection management system, you will receive another email with a link to create a new account. Nothing else will change about the features and conditions of an IHLIA account.
However, do you have any searches in your current account that you would like to keep? Then make sure you have your data listed in another place no later than October 20. After Oct. 20, deleting your account will make them inaccessible.

IHLIA information desk closed from Oct. 7 to 20
Starting October 7, the IHLIA information desk will be closed for two weeks. Therefore, it will not be possible to make an appointment with information service providers to come see materials during that period. We apologize for the inconvenience.
In order to minimize the inconvenience due to the long-term changeover for everyone, we have decided to close.
