IHLIA will start working with a new collection management system in mid-October that will also be connected to the website. This also means that we will have a new login system for saving your searches and viewing (part of) our online collection.
Unfortunately it is not possible to transfer your data automatically. Therefore, on October 21 your current IHLIA account will be discontinued. We then ask everyone who wishes to do so to create a new account in our new system.
What should you do now?
Basically, you don’t have to do anything now. During the week of October 21, when we will have switched to the new collection management system, you will receive another email with a link to create a new account. Nothing else will change about the features and conditions of an IHLIA account.
However, do you have any searches in your current account that you would like to keep? Then make sure you have your data listed in another place no later than October 20. After Oct. 20, deleting your account will make them inaccessible.
