samenvatting: Nietzsche's iconic Ecce Homo: (How one becomes what one is) maps out the answer by taking the reader on a kind of magical mystery tour ruminating between the paradox. With chapter headings such as 'Why I am so Wise' or 'Why I Write such Good Books' or 'Why I am Destiny', one begins to breathe in the method, the madness, the sheer intelligence of it all. Whatever else may be being said in that text and his others, one thing is certain: a sustained, crucial, well-directed attack on metaphysics - as idealism, dialectical logic, universalism, identity politics, morality and a whole host of other paradigmatic strictures - is necessarily, urgently, launched. Scroll forward more than 100 years since, and, coupled with the profound advances in socio-cultural norms from civil rights to feminism to gender equality, and beyond, as well as the profound advances in physics, from quantum to Higgs Boson; in mathematics from recursive algorithm to fractal imaginaries; in technology and new media (in fact, all media) from the photography to the digital, from the computer to robotics, from the gun to the stealth bomber - it almost beggars belief that at least in the aesthetic-politico-philosophic arena, one finds a steady crawl, and most recently, more of a electrified sprint, back to metaphysics 'as a whole', and more worrying still, to the speculative idealism of Hegel and co. For reasons not entirely clear, there has been a massive group hug toward metaphysics: whether at the level of retrieving it via a return to Hegel or retrieving metaphysics via Heidegger (onto-theo-logic metaphysics) or retrieving it via Hegel (speculative idealism) or retrieving metaphysics via the newest old version: speculative realism. This chapter sets out to examine critically those approaches and to see how they fare once the erotic, the sensual, and indeed, the networked algorithmic age, is brought to bear. May have to dust off copies of Marx's Poverty of Philosophy along the way. .

samenvatting: Abstract: This essay collection applies wide-ranging optics to misconceptions that support LGBT fidelity, normality, bio-psychological and social parity with heterosexual duality. The heterosexual dyad is rigorously defended as basal, cardinal, essential, naturally hegemonic and non-ambiguous. The author posits: (H1) an intelligently designed matrix comprises physiologic and neuropsychologically gendered articulations that limit performativity with compulsions and constraints designed to preserve individual and social integrity; (H2) heterosexual duality represents fully integrated identities that congruently, autonomously and beneficially reciprocate regulatory bioformative functions and dynamic biomorphic fields that are functional; (H3) a minority of humans (~5%) suffer atypical development and consequent dysfunction(s) within the heterosexual matrix; missteps that forbid qualification as variant, alternative, equal or superior to normative heterosexuality; (H4) adverse neurogenesis within the brain obtains anomalous and irreversible sexual orientations for life during the first trimester of pregnancy; (H5) anthropogenic teratogens and antisocial behavior are, by and large, responsible for triggering these adverse outcomes; (H6) the author vigorously contends with academic, political and occult legacies that manipulate this divide with a view to reconstruct society in the favor of socio-psychopaths, narcissists, compound ignorance and wicked cunning.

samenvatting: Fron the second half of the eighteenth century a great interest arose for hemaphroditism and androgyny. This fascination showed itself within very different fields: medical science, literature, visual arts and metaphysics. It continued unabated throughout the whole ninetheenth century. At the end of the century it became mixed with recent medical theories on homosexuality. This article focuses on this ninetheenth century amalgam of intertwining medical, aesthetic and metaphysical ideas. Aesthetic and metaphysical views on hermaphrodites and androgynes aroused the interest of physicians for this phenomenon. It also stimulated the appreciation of the hermaphrodite anatomy in a more aesthetic sense. Further, the intertwining of medical theories on hermaphroditism with medical views on homosexuality cleared the way for a satisfactory medical explanation of the existence of homosexuality. and made physicians aware of the psychological side of hermaphroditism. Moreover, aethetics and metaphysics gave the Dutch physician A. von Römer the opportunity to contemplate homosexuality, androgyny and hermaphrodotism all together in a lustre of divine beauty.
